A 90 minute enrichment class that combines gymnastics, arts and crafts, creative movement, and music for children ages 3–5. Children build confidence, coordination, independence, social skills, and school-readiness skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Join your little one for a fun introduction to movement, gymnastics, and active play. Together, children and their caregiver will build confidence, coordination, balance, and social skills through age-appropriate activities, music, games, and obstacle courses.

Preschool Gymnastics introduces young children to the fundamentals of gymnastics through age-appropriate instruction, obstacle courses, games, and skill development activities. Students will build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence.

(Ages 6 - 10) Designed for beginner and intermediate cheerleaders, this class focuses on rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, walkovers, body coordination and foundational tumbling progressions in a supportive environment.

Designed for dancers, cheerleaders, and active teens, this class focuses on strength, flexibility, technique, and acrobatic skill development. Students will learn acrobatic skills that can be safely applied in dance, cheerleading, and performance settings.

Two-hour open play session offers families the ability to come and go at any time. Children can explore the gym, engage in movement activities, and enjoy unstructured play, in a safe and welcoming environment while caregivers supervise. Not instructor-led program
