(Ages 1–5 with Caregiver)
This two-hour open play session offers families the flexibility to come and go at any time during the scheduled program. Children can explore the gym, engage in age-appropriate movement activities, and enjoy unstructured play in a safe and welcoming environment while caregivers supervise.
A member of our staff will be on site throughout the session to supervise participants and help maintain a safe play environment. Please note that this is not an instructor-led program, and formal instruction will not be provided during Open Play / Lunch Bunch.
Caregiver-supplied light snacks and drinks are welcome and may be enjoyed in the lobby area during the session. For the safety and cleanliness of all participants, food and beverages are not permitted inside the activity area.

Teen Tumbling & Acrobatics is designed for students who want to develop the strength, flexibility, body control, and technique necessary for success in dance, cheerleading, and acrobatic movement. Through progressive skill development, students will work on tumbling fundamentals, acrobatic skills, flexibility training, conditioning, and movement technique in a safe and supportive environment.
In addition to learning individual skills, students will focus on how to perform and connect those skills in real-world performance and athletic settings. Emphasis is placed on developing stage-ready and field-ready skills, helping students build the confidence, technique, and body awareness needed to successfully incorporate acrobatics into dance routines, cheer performances, and other athletic activities. Whether students are looking to improve existing skills or build a strong acrobatic foundation, this class promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while encouraging safe skill progression and proper technique.

Build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning the tumbling skills needed for cheerleading.
Designed for beginner and intermediate cheerleaders, this class focuses on rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, bridges, walkovers, and foundational tumbling progressions. Students will develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive environment while building the skills necessary for success in cheerleading and recreational tumbling.

Crafty Cartwheelers is a 90 minute enrichment program designed for children ages 3–5 who are ready to learn, explore, and grow independently. Combining gymnastics, arts and crafts, creative music and movement, and structured group activities, this class promotes both gross motor and fine motor development while encouraging creativity and self-expression.
Children will develop strength, balance, coordination, body awareness, and foundational gymnastics skills while also practicing listening skills, following directions, sharing, and positive social interaction with peers. Through crafts and hands-on projects, students will strengthen fine motor skills and creativity while building confidence and independence in a supportive environment. This class is ideal for children preparing for preschool, kindergarten, or other structured learning environments. Children must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently.

My Grownup and Me is designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years and their parent, grandparent, or caregiver. Through obstacle courses, age-appropriate gymnastics activities, music, games, and guided exploration, children will develop balance, body awareness, listening skills, coordination, and gross motor development in a safe and supportive environment. Caregivers actively participate alongside their child, creating opportunities for bonding, encouragement, and shared achievement while helping little ones build confidence and independence. This class provides a fun foundation for future movement, gymnastics, and fitness programs while fostering a love of active play.

Preschool Gymnastics is designed for children ages 3–5 and provides a fun, structured introduction to the sport of gymnastics. Through age-appropriate instruction, obstacle courses, movement activities, and foundational gymnastics skills, children will develop strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness while building confidence and independence.
Students will be introduced to basic gymnastics skills such as rolls, jumps, balances, hand support positions, and beginner tumbling progressions in a safe and supportive environment. In addition to physical development, children will practice listening skills, following directions, taking turns, and participating as part of a group.

Designed for active teens and young athletes, this strength and conditioning class focuses on building a strong foundation for sports performance and lifelong fitness. Participants will learn proper exercise technique, body alignment, and safe strength-training principles while improving muscular strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and overall athleticism.
